As an evening brain-emptying-exercise I felt like doing this. Those in bold are stuff that I have done. My comments in parenthesis.

2. Slept under the stars (in downtown Boston, for instance)

5. Watched a meteor shower
6. Given more than I can afford to charity (nope - I have found that giving to charity has never meant that I would have run out of money. Quite the opposite, actually.)

9. Held a praying mantis (how about an octopus?)

13. Watched lightning at sea (I must have... I think)

15. Adopted a child (that would be a honorable and right thing to do)
16. Had food poisoning (normal part of life in the Marshall Islands)
